This quote means that when you or someone else does the right thing, it's a great moment. Your day can be full of them if you choose to do the right thing everyday, all the time. When you do what you're not suppose to, you bring bad moments to your life and don't enjoy your day. Even if it seems hard to do, do it anyways because it'll benefit you and make your day good. It might seem easier to do the wrong thing but it won't benefit you or anyone else. It'll just mess up your day and affect you later in the future. It's also nice to see when people stand up for each other and help each other when they need it instead of leaving them alone. It gives you that nice feeling when someone does something really nice to someone else without them asking for it.
