This quote means that the type of person you are matters more than anything else. It matters more than the test you’re taking in school, the sport you do, or the places you go to. People always look for the people that have a good personality or character. Those are the people that others want to be with and talk to. If you’re the opposite of that, then you’re just giving people a reason to not want to talk to you or be with you. It’s like you’re telling them to get away from you and to not talk to you. Having a good personality is more important than winning, your looks, and your strength. It’s not saying that the tests you’re going to take in a couple weeks are not important, it’s just stating that you can a get a really high score on your test. But that won’t you make you any better of a person. Always choosing to do the right thing and treating everyone with respect and nobleness will bring you a lot of happiness to your life. Even more if you succeed in school because that’s obviously important too.
