8. Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good.
9. Be truthful and honest at all times.
10. Take full responsibility for your actions.

These 10 commandments are a really good guide to living a happy life without stress or problems. If you live your life by this, then you’re going to have a good life unlike someone who does the opposite.  This affects you and all the people around you because the choices you make include the well-being and need of others. For example, if you decide to live by this and there’s someone who needs your help, then you would go help them. Whether they need help carrying groceries or painting their house or walking their dog, you should always be kind and offer to help them whether they ask for it or not. This gives people something nice to say about you and they’ll want to talk to you more and get along with you. But if you don’t want to help them or don’t offer your help or let them handle it by themselves when you know they need help, people are going to think bad of you. They’ll think you’re selfish and rude and won’t want to talk to you or be your friend. Following these commandments can give you a good reputation and make you a more likable person.

Reflexologist

They have a belief in reflexology where they believe that certain areas of the body, known as reflexes are joined to parts of the body by ‘energy pathways’. Their duties include:

• Keeping treatment records
• Apply pressure with the thumb and fingers to the client’s feet and hands
• Taking a medical history, lifestyle, diet, and covering health
• Examine the client’s feet and hands for possible ‘blockages’

Salary: $69,200 per year

I can actually relate a lot to this. I agree with this and with what Mr.Haynmore said. You don't have to say 'I promise...' in order for you to stick to whatever you said. When you say you're going to do something, then you have to stick with it. Just because you didn't say 'I promise', it doesn't mean you can just forget about what you said and not do it anymore. You have to stick to it and do it like you said. There's no point in saying something or promising something that you're going to keep. You might think something simple like 'I'll be home by 10pm' is nothing bad and that not sticking to it might not affect anything. It actually can. By not sticking to what you say, you lose, for example in this case, your parents' trust, the amount of time you get to be out, get grounded, etc. When you break a promise, you're also breaking someone else's trust. You promised them something and you didn't stick to it. You broke it and didn't keep your promise. What makes you think that others are going to trust you now, if you broke your promise once, what's to make them think you won't do it again. That's the bad thing nowadays, people don't realize that just because you don't say 'I promsie', it doesn't mean you can just break it and pretend you never said it. If you say something, then stick to it. There's no point in saying something that you know you won't do. It hurts others as well because they lost their trust in you and depending on the kind of promise you broke, that can hurt too. You should always think about what you're going to say before you say it. I've been told many things, with 'I promise' and without it, and they've been broken many times by many people. An issue that most people now have is trusting issues. It's hard to trust others when many people have broken many promises.

This quote means that choosing to do good and be good, is never going to damage your life. It’ll bring good rewards and emotions to your life. You’ll also be able to help and be a good influence on others. Doing good is always going to benefit you and others around you. Unlike doing the wrong thing, that’ll harm you and others around you. When you do the right thing it always makes your life a lot happier and easier. If you do the wrong thing it does the opposite. It’s always good to do the right thing. Even if it seems hard or it’s a lot of work to do the right thing, you still have to do it. At the end it’ll be worth it. Don’t do the wrong thing just because it seems easier.

• Encourage clients with special needs and circumstances to acquire new skills and get involved in health-promoting leisure activities, such as sports, games, arts and crafts, and gardening.
• Counsel and encourage patients to develop leisure activities.
• Confer with members of treatment team to plan and evaluate therapy programs.
• Conduct therapy sessions to improve patients' mental and physical well-being.

This quote means that what we do today whether it’s right or wrong, it will affect us forever whether it’s days, weeks, months, and even years. If we do something today that’s right, we’ll have a positive effect out of it later on. If you do something wrong today, it will have a negative effect on you. People think that what we do today will either affect you just that day or just a few days later. Others think it will affect you that day only and that’s it. It won’t affect you at all anymore. But that’s not true. Everything we do will affect us forever whether it’s physically or mentally. I think that’s the reason why people say think about what you’re going to do or say before you actually do it. People think it won’t affect them until they have already done it. Once you do something, it will always affect you. For example, if you were a bully throughout all your high school years, at that time you think it’s cool and funny. You’re not thinking about what you’re doing or saying. You think it won’t affect you because you’re the one who’s bullying people. But, when you get in trouble, you can get suspended, expelled, or get detention for a long period of time. That’s one way it can affect you physically. The way it can affect you mentally is if you end up regretting it as the years went by. Years past by and you start thinking about all the bad and mean things you said and did, you feel guilty and so bad. And they might not be able to do anything about it like apologize. It’s good to think about everything you’re going to do and say and think about how it will affect you mentally and physically.

You can be the richest and most good-looking person but if you have a bad attitude and bad manners, then your wealth and looks don’t matter. Having a good character is the same thing as having a good personality. People will want to talk to you and hang with you if you have a good personality.They won’t want to talk to someone who’s rude.

One Direction

One Direction is the name of a British-Irish boyband who consisted of Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik. They formed into a band on July 23, 2010 at 8:23 pm. It used to be five members but on March 25, 2013, Zayn Malik left the band to become a solo artist. So now, One Direction consists of the only four members left. Harry Styles was born on February 1, 1994 in a town called Redditch, England. Louis Tomlinson was born on December 24, 1991 in Doncaster, England. Liam Payne was born on August 29, 1993 in Wolverhampton, England. Niall Horan was born on September 13, 1993 in Mullingar, Ireland. Lastly, former bandmate, Zayn Malik, was born on January 12, 1993 in Bradford, England and decided to become a solo artist on March 25, 2015. The other four members stayed together as a band but are now currently on their one-year break till 2017.

This quote means that you should always do everything fairly. You should never cheat or lie just to win or pass a test or prove that you’re really good at something. For example, if you’re an athlete and you’re about to play for the big championship game, you should play fairly, by playing by the rules and working out to get ready for the game. You shouldn’t use steroids or any other chemicals. If you use them, yeah you’ll win, but it’s not the right thing to do. And you didn’t win fairly. It’s not fair that you win because of some chemical that you put in your body unlike the other players who played fairly and worked hard for that game.

This quote means that when you have the choice to do the right and wrong thing, you need to know what’s right and do it. When you know it’s the wrong thing to do, you need to not do it. For example, if you have the choice between doing your homework and copying someone else, you need to decide what’s wrong and what’s right. If you know it’s right to do your homework, then do it. If you know it’s wrong to copy someone else’s work, then don’t do it. No one makes choices for you. You should make them because what you choose to do will affect you.

This quote means that winning because of cheating won’t be worth the years of guilt and pain you’ll have from doing that. By playing fairly, you might not win but at least you tried and knew that everyone had a fair chance of winning. For example, if you found that that you lost to someone who is using steroids or that is cheating, you know that you didn’t have the fair chance of winning and that you lost because someone was cheating. Even if you do win because you were cheating, later on, you start feeling so guilty that you tell everyone what you did. People end up being so disappointed at you, you feel ashamed of yourself and regret what you did.

This quote means that having all the strength, beauty, and money won’t be of any good to you. The only thing that people need is a good heart. That’s what beats and does more good to you than those three things listed. People think that having beauty, riches, and strength means everything but it’s not. All of that means nothing compared to having a heart that cares and chooses to do what’s right. For example, you can be the strongest, richest, and most beautiful human being but if you have don’t have respect, care, manners, or nobleness in anything that you do or say, all that beauty, strength, and wealthiness won’t be of any good use. People won’t walk to talk to you or hang out with you. On the other hand, if you have respect, care, and nobleness in everything that you do and say, people don’t really care how rich you are, how pretty you are, or how strong you are. For example, if I were given the choice to hang with someone between those two, I would choose the one with a good heart because I don’t want to talk and hang out with someone who treats me with disrespect and rudeness. People should be more concerned on how they treat others and on what they say, instead of worrying so much about how they look. That’s how people should be. But nowadays, people are more concerned with how they look and would rather hang out with people that are attractive whether they have a good heart or not.

• Research and identify behavioral or emotional patterns
• Collect information through observations, interviews, surveys, and other methods
• Have to understand emotions, thoughts, feelings, and behavior

I kind of don’t want to be one because I really don’t want to hear the problems of so many people each day. I don’t feel like I’m the type of person that has patience to listen to so many problems.
