Duties and Responsibilities: A pharmacist serves patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to multidisciplinary healthcare team, and monitoring patient drug therapies. Some of their duties include:
  • Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies
  • Provides pharmacological information
  • Develops hospital staff’s pharmacological knowledge
  • Protects patients and technicians
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment
  • Contributes to team effort
  • Completes pharmacy operational requirements
  • Verify order entries, charges, and inspections


Salary: About $74,980 - $130, 225 per year


Education: Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
